Meet The Team
Director
Matt Hilton
As Director, Matt brings a detailed, hands-on approach to the business, ensuring precision and control across every stage of delivery. With a strong focus on procurement and the finer details of complex packages, he provides clarity and value from the outset of each project.
After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Matt began his career working for and with a number of well recognised Main Contractors within the Industry, progressing from Assistant Quantity Surveyor, through to Commercial Manager, before establishing himself as a trusted leader in the industry. His experience spans a wide range of sectors and project values, built on long-standing relationships with respected and repeat clients.
Matt is recognised for his calm, methodical approach and commitment to building strong, lasting partnerships. Under his direction, the company continues to deliver successful projects founded on robust procurement, clear communication, and consistent results.
Director
Dan Kimpton
As Director, Dan brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry, having begun his career as a Design Manager before progressing into Project Management. His portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including the successful delivery of high-profile projects for blue-chip clients such as Asda, Primark, and Royal Mail.
Dan combines a deep understanding of client briefs with a strong commercial focus, ensuring that design solutions are both practical and value-driven. He places particular importance on producing high-quality information for delivery teams, recognising that well-resolved design is fundamental to project success.
Known for his clear communication, attention to detail, and collaborative style, Dan builds strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Under his leadership, projects benefit from a balance of technical precision, commercial awareness, and a personable approach that drives consistent results.
